• Follow a simple fund transfer process to make payments easily
• Remit funds to other bank accounts, locally and across the world via CHATS and Telegraphic Transfer*
• Schedule transfers to plan cash flow

• Register your company's FPS ID to receive funds via FPS for Free
• Schedule fund transfers 7 x 24 real-time in HKD and RMB to bank accounts of other local participating banks via FPS
• Scan payee's QR code to make payments
• Receive funds via QR code generated with 328 Business Mobile Banking

Bill Payment

• Pay bills to merchants with 328 Business Mobile Banking

Manage Scheduled Fund Transfers

• View and update scheduled fund transfers via 328 Business Mobile Banking

Instant Email and SMS alert

• Receive instant notifications via email or SMS for specified transactions

^*Such fee waiver is only applicable to the credit accounts of Autopay-Out or the employees' payroll accounts maintained with Dah Sing Bank. For the credit accounts or payroll accounts maintained with other banks, the Bank will charge HKD1.5 for each transaction, the minimum charge for each payroll or Autopay-Out file uploaded is HKD50.

**Free-of-charge for FPS inward transfer. For the charge of using other services, please refer to the Bank Service Charges on the Bank's Website. In general, inward and / or outward transfers made via FPS will be processed immediately by our Bank. When and how the counterparty banks process the inward / outward transfers depend on the practice of the individual bank.

Security Authentication

Utilize secure Authentication methods such as Fingerprint Authentication, Face ID Authentication, Facial Recognition and Security Passcode Authentication. Approvers can authorise instructions on 328 Business e-Banking or Mobile Banking easily using Security Authentication in your mobile device that has been activated Security Authentication instead of a physical security token. The instructions that can be approved via Security Authentication are:

Utilise SMS OTP for Approvers to authorise the following instructions via Two-factor Authentication:

• Security Authentication service activation
• Cheque Book Requests via 328 Business e-Banking or Mobile Banking
• Transaction approval of instructions made on 328 Business e-Banking or Mobile banking
